Transaction execution through the Atrinum ecosystem

Swiss principal trading, with the execution layer already built

Our position is specific rather than broad: a Swiss trading principal, existing payments and compliance infrastructure through Aequitex TradePay, and the capability to carry difficult transaction execution through to settlement. We qualify supply and demand, screen both counterparties, contract the specification and hold the position through to delivery. Where a structure does not fit, we propose the one that does.

01

We trade as principal

Atrinum.Trade buys the cargo and sells it on. Title, obligation and performance sit with us, so counterparties deal with a contracted principal rather than an introduction.

02

Narrow scope, held deliberately

We trade a small number of things extremely well: waste-based biofuel feedstocks, sugar, and soybean origination out of South America. Other opportunities can still come through privately.

03

Payments and compliance already in place

Counterparty screening, documentation and payment handling run on infrastructure we already operate, with transaction and payment handling through Aequitex TradePay.

04

Difficult execution is the work

Transactions that stall on structure, documentation or settlement are where a Swiss principal with payments infrastructure behind it is worth having. Decisions are taken by the people who carry the position.
