What We Do

A trading house built around performance.

We buy and resell physical commodities as principal and take responsibility for the parts of a transaction that typically fail: specification accuracy, counterparty integrity and contractual clarity.

01

Sourcing against a defined specification

Each position begins as a defined requirement: specification, tonnage, packaging, loading window and destination. We source against it through our own supply network rather than circulating the enquiry, and secure material we are prepared to buy.

02

Pricing across Incoterms

Purchase and sale prices are quoted against a stated Incoterm — EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP — so freight, insurance, duties and the point of risk transfer are explicit on both legs of the trade.

03

Counterparty screening on every transaction

KYC documentation, beneficial-ownership review and sanctions and PEP screening are completed on suppliers and buyers before terms are committed. Screening is repeated per transaction rather than filed once.

04

Contracting through Atrinum Capital AG

Atrinum Capital AG contracts as buyer and seller of the cargo, giving the transaction a Swiss-domiciled principal with defined obligations, inspection regimes and documentary requirements. Where it serves the client, a transaction can instead be structured with Atrinum acting as undisclosed intermediary.

05

Payment and trustee handling

Where a transaction requires neutral handling of funds, payment and trustee services can be arranged through Aequitex TradePay, including release against agreed shipping and inspection documents.

Bring us a specification.

We state plainly whether we can trade it, on what terms, and where the risk sits.
